Measure over the clothing you plan to wear underneath. Keep the tape level and comfortable; shoulder width, chest, sleeve and body length are the best starting points. Your maker confirms final ease and fit.

Leather & care

Compare lambskin, cowhide, goatskin and buffalo preferences in the studio. Smooth, grained, suede, patent and distressed studies help you explore the surface.

Keep leather away from direct heat. Store on a broad hanger and let it air naturally. Ask your maker for care suited to the final leather; suede and coated finishes need different treatment.

Make the body, sleeves, collar and pockets your colours. Add initials, back lettering or your own artwork, then adjust its scale and placement.
